Frequently asked
How long do prints take to arrive?
Every print is made to order on Pro Lustre professional photographic paper. Please allow approximately 10 business days for production before your order ships.
What sizes do you offer?
Prints are available in A4 (210 × 297 mm), A3 (297 × 420 mm) and A2 (420 × 594 mm). Need a custom size or a commission? Email us — we love a good brief.
Do you offer framing?
Yes. Each print can be ordered as Print Only, or framed in white, wooden, or black — every option complements the coastal imagery differently.
Why made-to-order?
Made-to-order means nothing sits in a warehouse unsold. It takes a little longer, but it keeps waste down and every piece intentional — which is core to what we stand for.
Is there a first-order discount?
Join our coastal community via email and we will send you 10% off your first order, plus new drops and stories from the Illawarra.
Can I see the prints in person?
Yes — a range of AHart Photography prints and gifts are stocked in-store at Thirroul + Co, Shop 2/273 Lawrence Hargrave Dr, Thirroul NSW 2515.
Do you photograph weddings, events, or commissions?
Jess focuses on coastal and aerial photography for print. For commission enquiries (including aerial / drone work around the Illawarra), email ahartphotography@ahartphotography.com.au with a little about the brief.
How do I care for my print?
Keep prints out of direct sunlight and away from high humidity. If framed, clean the glass with a soft microfibre cloth — no harsh sprays on the glass edge.
